How many days do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days to return your purchase, counted from the day you receive your order.
How do I request a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount within a few business days via your original payment method.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After that, your parcel will be delivered within 2–5 business days.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.
What if I haven’t received my order yet?
