Returns Policy – Selviera

At Selviera, we want you to love every purchase.
But if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Free from any damage, stains, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at your own expense.
Unfortunately, Selviera does not reimburse shipping costs for returned items.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@selviera.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll reply with the return address and detailed instructions

  3. Package your items securely and send them using a tracked shipping method

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your purchase amount within 5–7 business days to your original payment method


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order through our website.


Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to use

  • Products returned after the 14-day return window

  • Items missing original packaging or showing obvious signs of wear


Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?

If you've received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at info@selviera.com within 5 business days of delivery.

During busy periods such as sales or promotional events, return processing times may be slightly longer.
